**Ashoka Social and Welfare Foundation (ASWF)** is committed to creating a safe, supportive, educational and sustainable environment for **underprivileged, economically disadvantaged and deserving children**.

ASWF proposes to establish a **Free Residential Education & Child Welfare Centre in the Kharghar–Taloja region**, with the objective of providing children with access to quality education, safe residential facilities, nutritious food, healthcare support, digital learning, skill development and holistic personal growth.

Through this initiative, ASWF aims to create a long-term support system that enables deserving children to become **educated, skilled, confident and self-reliant individuals**.

## Land & Institutional Support

To establish and develop this public-welfare initiative, **ASWF seeks suitable land and institutional support in the Kharghar–Taloja region** through appropriate avenues such as:

* Government or **CIDCO land allotment**
* Long-term lease arrangements
* Concessional or public-welfare land arrangements
* Other legally permissible institutional or charitable land-use arrangements

The proposed campus will be developed in accordance with **applicable government rules, land-use requirements, building regulations, child-welfare standards, environmental norms and other statutory permissions**.

The campus will also incorporate **extensive tree plantation, green spaces and environmental-awareness activities**, with the objective of creating a sustainable and child-friendly educational environment.
