Certificate & ID Card Dispatch
Membership ID cards and physical certificates are dispatched within 7–10 working days of approval. Delivery is made via registered post or courier to the address provided at the time of registration.
Delivery Charges
Standard delivery charges apply for physical documents. In some cases, delivery may be free for local members. Please contact us for details.
Delivery Issues
If you have not received your ID card or certificate within 15 days of dispatch, please contact us at info@ashokawelfare.org or call 90042 29269 with your membership/registration number.
