Donation Refund Policy
Donations made to Ashoka Social and Welfare Foundation are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error or due to a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days at info@ashokawelfare.org with your transaction details.
Membership Fee Refund
Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated and the ID card has been issued. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of the foundation management.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited back to the original payment method. For any refund queries, contact us at info@ashokawelfare.org or 90042 29269.
